Boreal Mountain Resort will host the third and final stop of the 3rd Rail Jam on Saturday. The event showcasing some of the best in snow sports, hip hop music, graffiti art and fashion.
Complete with open men’s, women’s and under 15-year-old ski and snowboard rail jam, the event will unite Tahoe’s best skiers and riders with the old days of hip-hop culture. All skiers and riders looking to get their hands on the prize purse will need an entry fee of $20.
Cash prizes, MC battles, DJ performances, a graffiti royalty Pose II on-mountain demo and a performance by Pigeon John and Self Expression Music’s own Grins & Lam will mark an event that’s high octane from start to finish. There will also be an opportunity to make it into the music video for the Grins & Lam hit song, “Fight to the Top,†featuring Pigeon John, taking place all day at the event and then at the afterparty at FiftyFifty Brewing Co. in Truckee….  Details
