This video features our countdown of the most hardcore fires, crashes and saves of the season. It will leave you holding your breath, but no drivers had major injuries after any of these incidents.
The NHRA has a great safety record, and these incidents show why. The fact that two cars can hit and flip at over 200mph, with the drivers walking away, is a demonstration of the high standards. From NHRA legend John Force to Hot Rod Drag Week champion Tom Bailey, there are many stars in this video, and all had wild rides.
