Evolution Skate Park is still in business. But it’s up for sale and the owner is behind on his city loan payments.
Shawn O’Brien, owner of the indoor skateboard park, met in private session with members of the Canton Community Improvement Corp. board on Wednesday.
O’Brien discussed the CIC loan for the skate park and his plans to sell the facility at Cleveland Avenue and Navarre Road SW. O’Brien has been asked to provide the CIC with financial information and details of the potential lease-purchase of the skate park.
