West will meet Midwest in the Big Grin 2 ski and snowboard slope-style competition.
“We want to recreate that West Coast feel in the Midwest, and give something to the kids that they don’t always have,†said event organizer John Curtis.
The event is Saturday, March 7, at Mt. McSauba in Charlevoix. More than 30 people competed last year, and 60 to 80 participants are expected this year.
“The message that I always try to get across is that it’s a big competition and the prizes are big, but it’s not all about the competition,†Curtis noted…. More info
