If you’re an avid reader of the gossip magazines, you’ll be familiar with the phenomenon of Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP).
You may not be aware of the name, but you’ll have seen the pictures of Jennifer Aniston, Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson standing astride a surfboard, paddle in hand, all tanned and toned, like the living glyphs of Polynesian deities.
