This totally depents on where you hit the streets. In California for instance electric skateboards can ride wherever bikes are allowed. But because there is no global traffic regulation about this matter yet, we sell Mellow as a piece of Sports equipment. And if you don’t want your endless ride to end in the back of a police car, make sure to check the regulations in your country before you start rolling.
