Brandon Scheid can go ahead and tick all the boxes for a fantastically fun day:
– sunny, windy weather in beautiful Hood River, Oregon
– a full day dedicated to his favorite thing in the world
– a ton of friends also spending the day on the water
– the longest kite race in the world – in terms of time. (6 hours!)
– a great event, for a great cause: Kiteboarding 4 Cancer, also known as KB4C. Raising money for adventure camps for young cancer survivors, Camp Koru, the event just wrapped up its 10th edition on July 16.
