The USA Cycling National Development team scored a pair of impressive finshes over the weekend with Kirk Carlsen (Boulder, Colo./Garmin-Slipstream) winning the GP Ostfenster in Luxembourg on May 3 and Austin Carroll (Orange, Calif./BMC Racing) riding to an 11th-place-finish at the 1.2-rated Ronde van Overijssel in the Netherlands on May 2.

Lining up against three European Continental squads, the USA Cycling National Development scored a big win on Sunday placing three riders inside the top five at the 1.12-rated GP Ostfenster.
