In the world of skateboarding skate spots rarely last long – they’re always changing or gone for good. The DIY skatepark beneath Portland, Oregon’s has endured the tests of time and just celebrated its 25 birthday this past Halloween. With a newly resurfaced bowl all due in part to $44,000 in donations from around the world and a heap of skilled volunteers and friends, the skatepark hosted a heated bowl bash and one great party while the skies continued to pour from above.
