“Mento Bento” highlights the ninja-warrior like surfing style executed by Hawaii’s own, Kaito Kino. Born and raised on the island of O’ahu, Mr. Kino’s daily routine usually consists of making “mento bentos” which feature tamagoyaki, Portuguese sausage, yasaitame, rice, nori, Japanese mayo and ume (don’t ask us what exactly those are), surfing with his right hand lady, Kelly, the surfing dog, getting drained, usually at Kewalos and BBQing with “da boiz” and utilizing the word “heavy” to mean more than a few things.
