Born and raised in Delta B.C and currently residing in Huntington Beach Ca, Scott Decenzo has blessed the skateboard world with his all –terrain technical attack on any spot in his path. Whether he is charging full speed ahead on ledges , down gaps, hubbas, or handrails , he is always taking tech to the next level.
