Lindsey Vonn posted the best time in downhill training for the second consecutive day on Thursday, making her the favorite going into the World Cup events scheduled for the French Alps this weekend.
The American dominated on the Oreiller-Killy course for the second straight day, finishing in 1 minute, 44.67 seconds. She was 0.22 seconds ahead of Austria’s Elisabeth Goergl.

To those who follow competitive snowboarding, Bud Keene is a familiar name. Going on 20 years of coaching experience, Keene has a knack for plucking the right riders and helping them maximize their talent. From 1990-2002, Keene coached the Mount Mansfield Ski Club Snowboard Team, building up the skills of young riders, many who went on to make a serious impact — Kyle Clancy, Jake Blauvelt, Travis Kennedy, Colin Langlois, Zach Leach, Jeff Kramer and even Cole Barash are all MMSC alums.
