Tasha Hunt, 33, and Koyne Watson, 43, were on board their 1987 Eliminator Scorpion jet boat on the South Thompson River on Saturday when they saw smoke. They called the fire department and then started doing loops, shooting water with a diverter to douse flames and prevent the fire from spreading quickly.
