The Wellerbrücke rapids are solid class 5 whitewater, both technically difficult and dangerous. The course has the reputation of being the Eiger Northwall of whitewater kayaking.

Robby Naish, 54, has been inducted into the National Sailing Hall of Fame (NSHOF), at the New York Yacht Club, in Newport.
The windsurfing legend and seven other inductees were honored for the impact they have had in sailing. The National Sailing Hall of Fame has now enshrined 65 sailors.
Robert Staunton Naish was born on April 23, 1963, in La Jolla, San Diego, California. He started windsurfing at the age of 11 when his family moved to Oahu’s Kailua, Hawaii.
