PWC Fundraiser – Father, son going on 750-mile trip down the Intracoastal on personal watercraft
An Atlantic Beach father and son plan to ride personal watercraft hundreds of miles to help daniel, a Jacksonville organization for kids who are in foster care or are abused, abandoned or homeless.

Kahakai Outrigger Canoe Club members fully intend to be an inclusive bunch.
The six-person outrigger canoes the club uses frequently can be seen gliding through the canals and channels of Naples, said Tracy Ames, and people should not get the sense that these rowers are part of an exclusive club.
“We’re a public kind of club,†she said. “People think it’s private, but it’s not.â€
Ames, who is a member of Kahakai, also is the racing coordinator for the club’s upcoming Kahakai Relay, which will be hosted this weekend in Marine Stadium   … More
