The Vallejo track began its first full season of brakeless, gearless, methanol-fueled motorcycle racing this past May 16 before having to shut down June 27 due to events at the adjacent Solano County Fairgrounds.

Zero Motorcycles of Santa Cruz, California announced its third model, the Zero DS, rounding out its model line with the addition of a dual-sport.
