JDR Motorsports/Motorex/KTM rider PJ Larsen claimed the 2010 Rockstar Energy Australian MX Nationals title in the Pro Lites category one round early during Coolum’s mega double-header season finale in Queensland on July 24-25, 2010.

Larsen’s top finishing scores throughout the season gave him an 84 point advantage heading to the final round which allowed him to take the championship after Saturday’s race and gave him the opportunity to run his new #1 plate during Sunday’s event.

Nearly 1,500 of the nation’s best motocross racers have blown into Hurricane Mills, Tennessee this week for the AMA Amateur National Motocross Championships. Held at the historic Loretta Lynn Ranch, the talent for the field has never been deeper, setting the stage for the next generation of superstars to emerge from a battle royale. In addition to the crop of up-and-coming kids, there are also some experienced veteran motocross racers taking to the track as 35 classes will be contested in a total of 99 motos during this epic event.

According to MX Sports, motocross favorite James ‘Bubba’ Stewart has officially registered for the last four outdoor mx races of the 2010 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship.

JS7 has not made any official press announcements but he has kept fans on the edge of their seats with recent and sporadic tweets. And has taken at least one interview where he discussed his off-time frustrations and now unambiguous Unadilla return.
