It’s not every day you get the opportunity to sit in a donut shop three miles above sea level and talk racing with real champions. If you do, I’d say jump at the chance. In my case, there was a whole lot more listening than actual talking, but you get the picture.

Red Bull KTM’s Ryan Dungey, of Belle Plaine, Minn., continued his dominance in the 450 Class, capturing his seventh consecutive win, but needed a pit stop in order to do so. In the 250 Class, Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki’s Blake Baggett, of Grand Terrace, Calif., raced to his fourth victory of the summer, extending his lead in the championship.
