The made for TV spectacle that is the X Games Big Air once again set a new standard for flipping and spinning on a grand scale. On the evening of Friday January 24th, 2014 style and spin to win sensibilities collided as Halldor Helgason, Torgier Bergrem, Seppe Smits, Sage Kotsenberg, Torstein Horgmo, Yuki Kadono, Sebastien Toutant, Maxence Parrot, and others chucked their meat across the low atmosphere above Aspen to see who would earn the most coveted title in the world of big air. While some went home stoked, others were verbally distraught at what they saw.
