A short film about Brazilian surfer Gabriel Medina, shot during his 2014 ASP World Championship Tour campaign. Featuring interviews with two key people in his life – shaper John Cabianca and best friend Miguel Pupo – Shaping Medina looks at the themes and controversy that surround this young man on the verge of becoming Brazil’s first world surfing champion.
