This is a short documentary about the untold story of Sergio Yuppie’s humble beginnings in the skateboarding world. From being just a kid with a dream on the streets of Brazil to becoming an international skateboard icon, Sergio remains true to his purpose in life – skateboarding for the pure love of it.
Headcam footage of me snowboarding down one of the longest runs here in Alpe d’Huez. 5500 feet of descent. This is one of my favourite routes, it begins at the ‘Dome des Rousses’ and then starts on the red piste ‘le Belvedère’ before taking a right onto the red run ‘Bartavelles’. This is one of my favourite runs in Alpe d’Huez, it has a great consistent pitch as well as some nice bends which gives it the feel of a boardercross track. Afterwards it joins onto ‘les Rousses’ and then blue run ‘Chalets’. From here it is then onto the black piste ‘La Fare’. This was a bit icy as it hasn’t been getting that much snow lower down this season. I give Andy a 3 minute head start, but can I catch him? – Malcolm Moore
Quarantine Dreaming is a short mountain bike film featuring Irish downhill rider Ronan Dunne. Ronan is 3x Irish Youth Downhill National Champion.
Amidst the current lockdown in Ireland and many other areas of the world, we dream of getting out on our bikes again when everyone is safe and well.
The film was shot in a variety of locations around Wicklow, Ireland over the 19/20 winter. Ronan was planning on competing at the world cup level for the 2020 season before the COVID-19 pandemic.
