During the 2015 Völkl World Rookie Finals the best 107 young riders from all over the world showcased their talent in the latest World Snowboard Tour Slopestyle competition of the season. The young guns impressed with spectacular tricks and took care for some solid entertainment in the Ischgl Snowpark with their 3 runs each.
Male Rookie Mons Røisland from Norway is taking home the title as WSF World Rookie Champion 2015 and a wild card for the Air & Style. The 18-years-old outdid his team mate Fridtjof Tischendorf (NOR) and Swiss rider Dario Burch who filled the other podium spots in the male Rookie category.
Female WSF World Rookie Champion became Henna Ikola from Finland. Rookie girls Hanne Kjøll Eilertsen (NOR) and Elli Pikkujamsa (FIN) came second and third.
