Tears from heaven were falling today as Cagliari was saying good bye to 334 best youth windsurfer from 26 countries. Most important race(s) were scheduled today. For some it was the last one for some the race to return the charter gear. But one way or the other all met at the closing ceremony which was once again a brilliant demonstration of BIC Techno 293 class spirit…
