In Episode 4 we get to see Shanaze in the gym with her strength and conditioning coach Mark Simpson, followed by a power walk with her dog Alfie. Shanaze then meets Lord Seb Coe and introduces him to the BMX Centre. Finally Shanaze’s family stay and she takes them shopping!
