Since Codemasters relieved Sony of the rights to the official Formula One licence back in May of last year, little has been heard of which games would be taking advantage of the licence.
Today Codemasters revealed details of the first two games that are to be released under the Formula 1 licence, with F1 2009 hitting the PSP and Wii this autumn, and F1 2010 following next year on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. Italy’s Jarno Trulli claimed pole position for Sunday’s Bahrain Grand Prix to lead a Toyota 1-2 on the front row at the Sakhir circuit.
