The sun is finally shining in the UK and ever conscious of the brevity of such an occurrence on our shores, it got me thinking about making the most of my summer. For us Brits, summer simply means the months of June, July and August and doesn’t always mean sunny skies and skimpy clothing. But what is does mean for the lucky ones is HOLIDAYS!
