When thinking of France, one cannot avoid thinking about wine and cheese, but to me there is more to envy about this country and it has nothing to do with gastronomy. France, along with certain countries, has decided to allow ATVs on the public roads. Are these French really crazy? Well the answer is no, and I would even venture that the contrary is actually true. I don’t understand why, we Canadians, cannot ride our quads in town. So the ATV Trail Rider team decided to check this out for you.
