Former IndyCar and Formula 1 star Alex Zanardi won gold in the 2012 Paralympic handcycling race around Brands Hatch circuit on Wednesday.

Mt Bike Video – Junior Silver medalist Tahnee Seagrave at Leogane World Championships

A good result but not the one Tahnée wanted or expected. Having not pushed herself in timed training, she found it hard to ride to her limits in the final run. In a normal European World Cup this would have brought her first junior but this was World Champs and it brings riders from all over the world – Tahnée was beaten by a faster rider on the day and now truly understands what is needed to become the best of the best… bring on 2013!
