Until yesterday, in bonnie Scotland, we were allowed to head out once a day to get our exercise during lockdown. So thought I’d try get out and do some new low risk bits and pieces during my ‘Daily Dose’! – Ben
They steal our money and reward our souls. They introduce us to our best friends. They expose our weaknesses and reveal our strengths. They’re an analog compass for an organic world. We wouldn’t be going anywhere without the friggin’ things.
This is why on May 25, 2019, 10 friends headed north on an 11 day, 2500km ride with little more than the lycra on our backs, the credit cards in our pockets, and the need to find out: “How far can we go?”
We were in for the ride of our lives.

Happy Mothers day, to all my mothers out there! apologize for the late upload but I did spend it with my mom, so I had a little bit of a late start to my day. Speaking of which, I decided to cruise through the streets of Hollywood, California, which has seen better days! This pandemic has shut down the majority of the businesses in this area (bars, restaurants, clubs, theatres, comedy stores, etc., and that has left the streets very desolate and filled with tents and transients. My heart goes out to all the people that have been displaced by this crisis, and I hope we can get back to normal soon! – Alfredo Mancuso
