Follow Trond Hansen, Andreas Vold, Brage Vestavik and Makken rip around the best trails of their homeland of Norway at Hafjell Bikepark, and be joined by Andreu Lacondeguy at the monster jumps of bike festival Hillbilly Huckfest in Ål.
A fun little summer project, first time I have been shooting biking in almost 10 years. And a big thanks to Hillbilly Huckfest and Hafjell for their assistance in making the project happen!
This video features riding from the 2015 Jamaica Fat Tyre Festival which took place February 14-21, 2015. The Festival is organized by Singletrack Jamaica as a way to highlight Jamaica’s unique, vibrant culture and its great riding! You may not realize it, but Jamaica is not flat! In fact, it has one of the steepest gradients in the world – going from sea level to over 7,000 feet in less than 12 miles. The mountainous terrain combined with tracks that function as arteries within and between rural communities make Jamaica’s riding one of a kind.
The 2016 version of the event is set to kick off on February 13 with the Welcome Party at John Crow’s Tavern in Ocho Rios. Due to some late cancellations there are a few coveted spots left. If you are interested, contact jonathan@singletrackjamaica.com

Stage 2 of the Snow Bike Festival started yesterday morning with a bit of an overcast and with a more comfortable reading on the thermometer compared to stage 1. The terrain however was a bit more slippery at stage 2 compared to stafe 1 as some of the ice on the roads began to melt due to the warmer conditions. It was Thomas Misser who won the race in the men category and Hielke Elferink who won in the women category.
