Etnies “War of the Roses” 2010 kicks off in a couple of hours time, starting out at The Works, Leeds, then heading to Ramp City, Blackpool tomorrow. As ever, this is expected to be one of the rawest weekends in the UK skateboarding calender, so make sure you do everything you can to attend!

The Red Bull surf team’s first aerial training session on the newly built skateboard bowl. Jordy Smith, Michel Bourez, Mick Fanning and Sally Fitzgibbons all tried adapting to the new board and skate deck – much different from a surf board and wave – and after a while it proved as a perfect training ground for aerials in the water. http://redbullsurfing.comÂ
