Crash Video Paraglider РParaglider Crash at Cer̩t France

Paragliding crash on the NE Cerét launch. Pilot had no injuries. Glider stalled because of pilot input and a tangled line in the right brake upper cascade. Must check those lines better next time.

Paragliding – Paragliding World Cup starts in Denizli

The 2009 Paragliding World Cup is being held in Denizli between May 30 and June 6, Denizli Aeronautical Association, or DENHAVK, Chairman Ãœmit Ercan has announced.

Speaking at a pres conference, Ercan said the best paragliders in the world would be competing in the cup. The competition, to be attended by 120 competitors from 34 countries, would continue for eight days, depending on weather conditions. The competition will start on Çökelez Mountain, Pamukkale Dynamite Hill and Göveçlik Hill and then end at the official landing area.
