Lets just start off with the first 2 waves. @clamdragger joined into madness and SHE was able to snag some of the best waves of the day. Some fun waves stacked up and everyone was trying to get a little piece. things can get chippy at The Wedge But in the end it is Just another day of scoring fun waves.

Over a year ago, Robbie Maddison made his dream of riding his dirtbike on the ocean a reality. Since then, he’s spent his time perfecting his bike and working towards a bigger goal: riding some of the biggest waves in the world. We set out to the legendary “Killers” break off of Isla Todo Santos to ride with Robbie as he attempted to catch 30+ foot waves.
This was a pretty gnarly video. It’s amazing what the guys can accomplish with a few days of good waves. A couple of noteworthy moments are the kick flip attempts montage; that was the beginning of a challenge to land one re-entry, Blair’s backside 3’s re-entry were some of the first that he had landed and Rothe’s bigspin starting at 1:01: he started that wave by dropping switch and doing a switch bigspin on the sand and carrying the speed for that one.
Regrettably I missed the first part of the ride and I still remember it 5 years later as one of the sickest combos I’ve seen.
