Over the weekend we just wrapped up the first stop of the Hog’s Breath ABA Pro Tour, The Inverted Bodyboarding Dbah Pro. With D’bah producing two days of 3-4 wedging barrels and air bowls, the Pro Men riders bought their A game and showcased some high level action throughout the rounds.
We saw Jake Stone’s first heat back after breaking his leg, Mitch Rawlins back his competitive come back, plus a whole field of world class bodyboarders impress the crowd.
In the end Michael Novy took out his first ever ABA Pro Tour win over Joe Clarke in a man on man final. Rounding out the final placings was Dave Winchester and Cade Sharp.
Two dudes surfing the same barrel just wasn’t enough for the JOB crew, so Jamie O’brien, Shane Dorian, Ryan Hipwood, and of course Poopies take the Supsquatch to where no Supsquatch has gone before…deep into some perfect Mexican barrels. Plus Poopies attempts a hot sauce challenge, Bruce Irons gets shacked, and there’s all the surfing you can handle from the best South swell in more than a decade.
