Female snowboarders will be making the pilgrimage to the very northern parts of Finland, far beyond the Arctic Circle, to the Levi resort in Lapland, for the much anticipated 4Star Battery Catfight competition.
Featuring a new name and location, as well as, three competition formats, this event is gearing up for some serious women-only snowboard action. Copper Mountain celebrates springtime with some of the top freeride athletes in the country, tearing up the slopes. The 2011 USASA Snowboard and Freeski National Championships feature the best male and female athletes competing in slopestyle, superpipe, boardercross and skicross, slalom, and giant slalom in their quest to be national champions. The action is April 2-12.
