Huntington Beach, Calif. – January 28, 2014 Roxy athlete, Torah Bright, announced her qualification to compete in women’s snowboard cross for the Australian national team at the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi. Bright will be competing in three snowboarding events (slopestyle, halfpipe and snowboard cross) over the span of the Games, a feat never before achieved by a male or female athlete. She was confirmed to compete in halfpipe and slopestyle last week when Australia made their initial Olympic selections.
