One day after Spring began, rainy and snowy weather is expected to return today to Northern California in the form of a cold storm system that originated in the Gulf of Alaska.
“We are looking at the system to dig down the coast and move through Northern California – the center of it will go right over the top of us,” said National Weather Service meteorologist Angus Barkhuff. “We can have pretty much have anything this time of year.”

Let the crowds come for Thanksgiving, for Christmas, for Presidents and Martin Luther King Jr. days — spring is the best.
