Podersdorf saw a great kickoff event of the European Kite Tour, with a full single elimination and plenty of races. Alberto Rondina (ITA, Cabrinha) and Celine Collaud (SUI, JN) in the freestyle fleet and Bjorn Rune Jensen (DEN, Cabrinha) and Katja Roose (NED, Airush) were on top of the rankings in the end.

Following a gold-medal-winning performance at the Vancouver Olympics in snowboard halfpipe, Shaun White will now be vying for a new title to add to his collection – Skateboarding World Champion.
