The Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy is gearing up for the last event of the 2011 ISWC European Speed Windsurfing Tour. Windsurfers, but also kitesurfers and other sailors will try to break their own personal times in the accurately measured 500 metre course located in Portland Harbour.
