PWA Fuerteventura Grand Slam day 9 proved to be another largely frustrating day with sailors being held on standby for the entire day.
However their patience was eventually rewarded when the wind properly arrived at quarter past five, having teased the competitors for most of the day. Mitch Rawlins has conquered the iconic 2012 NMD Shark Island Challenge, in Sydney, Australia.
