Fernando MartÃnez del Cerro Delgado has conquered the 2012 Spanish Formula Windsurfing Championships, in Cadiz, in the South of Spain.
The local rider managed to clinch the title in front of his team colleague Alejandro Alcazar, during the launch of the new Andalucian training center, at Puerto Sherry, in the Bay of Cadiz.
