For our Winter R&D project, we wanted to make a skate film. Our goal was to create a series of impossible yet photo-real shots, putting us right in the middle of the action.
The real trick was developing a process that would allow us to create these shots with a small team of artists (instead of the usual small army).
Away from the street course chaos, rippers like Ronnie, Russo, Raney, Clive, and Clint got some too. The night ended in Bradenton; tons of bikers, bladers and razors got in the way, but the crew worked around them.
