One day after Spring began, rainy and snowy weather is expected to return today to Northern California in the form of a cold storm system that originated in the Gulf of Alaska.
“We are looking at the system to dig down the coast and move through Northern California – the center of it will go right over the top of us,” said National Weather Service meteorologist Angus Barkhuff. “We can have pretty much have anything this time of year.”
