Fifteen-year-old Maggie Voisin had the Olympic podium in her sights. On Friday, however, those dreams came crashing down when she fell and fractured her right fibula during a training run on the controversial Rosa Khutor Extreme Park slopestyle course. The skiers Lucas Swieykowski (ARG) and Juan Bergada (ARG) are the winners of the World’s Only Parallel Freeride contest. They competed in the finals against Whisky Ambühl (SUI) and Ueli Kestenholz (SUI) who finished in second. The new format was not only spectacular and exciting for the riders but also for the audience. The finals were hold under perfect weather and snow conditions.
