In season two of Blueprint, a Red Bull Media House original series, we get an inside look at Pat’s life as he travels in search of new terrain for his latest film projects and is joined by some of his biggest snowboarding influences and closest friends along the way.
Episode one sees Pat join his riding partner Jake Welch, as they head to upstate NY on the first street mission of the season. They team up with veteran street legend, Jeremy Jones who is filming for the X-Games Real snow contest.
Ten years now and the biggest edition ever: with 151 riders from 18 nations, divided into the 4 categories Rookie and Grom both Female and Male, Black Yeti’s tenth birthday has been celebrated in the best possible way. After Norwegian team’s nine consecutive victories as Best Team, it would be taken for granted for the 33 present people to double it, but Swiss changed the things with 4 riders on the podium, equally distributed among boys and girls.
Mikko Rehnberg from Finland, born in 1997, took the first place among the male rookies, followed by Haakon Kjoll Eilertsen (Nor) and Erik Bastiaansen (Ned).
The Swiss Ranona Petrig earning the highest step followed by Katerina Vojackova (Cze) and Thaile Lacrochaix (Fra) as 2nd and 3rd place.
On a filming trip with some friends from Absinthe films we were lucky enough to get to ride Mont Ripley in Houghton, Michigan. Its an awesome hill with great terrain and park. Thanks for the tickets Dave!
