Marin County. It’s the hallowed ground where our sport first took root. It should be a renowned destination for mountain bikers, but this place has been all but forgotten by the outside world. Hop on your bike and, as long as you observe the ten miles an hour speed limit, you can descend the first official downhill race-course on Mount Tamalpais.
