Fast, faster, fastest! The quail’s are never shy of drama and with mixed opinions from the world’s best DH riders about the Leogang course, we had to hear what was going on! Ric McLaughlin catches the riders as they put it all on the line to maintain a place in the top 60 ahead of tomorrow final in Leogang. From Greg Minnaar’s speed to Loic Bruni’s efficiency, this could make for a very interesting downhill MTB race!
Sarah is from Christchurch and is forever chasing Summer. Born and raised in Canada, Sarah spends the majority of her time down on our South Island trying to push her riding for the love of it. With an infectious smile and some serious skills to boot, more often than not you can find her down at Bowenvale Dirt Jumps fixing up and riding these private trails.
It’s great to see more women actively participating in so many disciplines within cycling, whether that is: Road; BMX, Tri, or MTB, but there is always room for more!
