The National Interscholastic Cycling Association recently announced the formation of three new high-school mountain-biking leagues, bringing its total to 10 leagues in nine states. (California has northern and southern divisions).

As we rode our mountain bikes on the trails at Mt Hood’s Ski Bowl Resort, we stopped to rest as this downhill relay race took place. I only filmed the first five riders, three of which rolled in on flat tires. The goal was to ride the first section of the mountain, then throw a frisbee/disc into the nearby goal which would allow the second rider to begin their section of the race. Enjoy.
