What makes Southern California one of your go to spots?
It is not only the nice weather, which is quite the opposite of our horrible conditions in the UK early in the year. It is also the really good riding over there that motivates me to go there every year with friends and my brother. 7: How many other non-UCI sanctioned races will you be racing this year? What do you think of the rules regarding banning attendance at these races?
Aaron Gwin: I’ll probably race 5 or 6 by the time the season is finished. I don’t think there’s a need for a rule like that but seems like most sanctioning bodies really like making random rules. Hopefully everyone can work it out and agree on something.
