C’est dans ses montagnes, sur les hauteurs de la Vallée de Munster (Alsace), que nous avons retrouvé notre pilote Nicolas Lau pour le suivre sur les sentiers qui l’ont construit. Sur les sentiers qui l’ont vu naître et qui ont fait de lui le Champion touchant et attachant que l’on connait aujourd’hui.
